About the Role:

The Recruitment Marketing Program Lead will assist in implementing a recruitment program developed in line with Synami’s vision, beliefs and needs.

As part of our team, the Recruitment Marketing Program Lead will play a critical role in Synami’s future success. With real passion and drive, you will have hands-on support in developing, implementing, and optimizing our talent marketing and campaign strategy to attract and engage top candidates.

This person will be passionate about crafting our future workforce of dedicated individuals and supporting our company’s growth through thoughtful, engaging, and on-point persona-based messaging that demonstrates Synami’s mission and goals.

You should have excellent communication and presentation skills and can thrive in a fast-paced, versatile environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the team to establish recruitment marketing objectives
  • Define the talent acquisition strategy for key audiences, defining the key candidate personas and adapting the Employer Value Proposition to specific critical talent segments
  • Establish positioning, identify target audience, and develop a recruitment marketing plan across multiple communication channels
  • Lead the execution of the recruitment marketing program, leveraging company resources and driving collaboration
  • Manage the career website and other marketing channels relevant to the recruitment activities
  • Employer brand management with the goal of increasing brand awareness and the quality of recruitment outcomes

Role Qualifications:

  • BSc in Human Resources, Marketing, or relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, preferably in an international recruitment marketing program
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment
  • Strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Solutions-oriented mindset, proactivity, and initiative-oriented
  • Risk assessment capabilities
  • Experience in working with international business factors
  • High adaptability, flexibility, and learning appetite for various industries and different legal matters
